CatVira exists for one simple reason: cat owners are flooded with product recommendations, and most of them aren’t very useful. We started this site to cut through that — clear, practical guides on cat care, and honest recommendations on the gear that actually makes a difference, without the exaggerated claims or fake urgency you’ll find on a lot of affiliate sites.
What We Do
We write in-depth guides on everyday cat care — feeding, litter, grooming, behavior, and health basics — and we recommend specific products across categories like feeding, hydration, litter, scratching, grooming, and travel. Every recommendation is based on research into the product’s actual features, real owner reviews, and whether it solves a genuine, common problem — not on which brand pays the highest commission.
What We’re Not
We’re not veterinarians, and we don’t pretend to be. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional veterinary advice — when a topic touches your cat’s health, we say so clearly and point you toward talking to a vet instead of guessing based on an article. We also don’t run in-house product testing labs; our reviews are built from thorough research, not hands-on lab trials, and we’re upfront about that rather than implying otherwise.
